A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required when booking to confirm and secure your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours, for any future bookings, you will need to pay upfront.
All appointments for model treatments are to be paid in full and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Botulinum Toxin Appointments
Please be aware, that after your treatment, it can take up to 14 days to start seeing a change. Your top-up appointment must be completed between 12-16 days of appointment. If you fail to show in this time period, your next appointment will be treated as a full treatment.
Dermal Filler Appointments
Dermal Filler can take between 10-14 days to settle and for any swelling to go down. We advise to wait until day 14 before wanting a further appointment to ensure maximum healing time.
We run a very busy and popular clinic, therefore all our practitioners work to appointment. Please note if you are late for an appointment, this will be taken off your treatment time or you may be turned away, depending on the procedure booked.
We accept card payments, bacs transfers and cash.
We have a 48 hours notice cancellation policy for if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations can be made via phone on 077799 920203 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a non-refundable/transferable policy on all deposits made. If you fail to show for your appointment, any future appointments will need full payment upfront. Our cancellation policy is designed as part compensation for our highly trained and dedicated practitioners, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.
