To submit a booking request, you must complete the booking form and pay the amount specified. You, the learner, must ensure that all information provided in the booking form is complete and accurate. If we accept your booking request and deposit, we will e-mail (or otherwise issue) an Enrollment Letter to you and confirm the date the balance, if any, is due. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the due date specified in the Enrollment Letter, normally 14 days prior to the course date.
You must check the details on the Enrollment Letter when you receive it. If there are any errors, or if you haven’t received an Enrollment Letter from us within 7 days of making your booking request, then please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion and without the need to give reason, to refuse to accept a booking request. In such circumstances, no contract will arise and we will return any payment accompanying your booking request.
